The ANT-4000 is a high end HD Video Encoder Decoder based on H264. Capable of resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 frames/second or 60Hz the ANT-4000 has ultra low encode decode latency of 80mS. 1080P60 allows a PC desktop at full HD 60Hz to be encoded and streamed using RTSP or MPEG Transport Stream simulcast or multicast.
